Research limits

Use transaction evidence as decision support. Verify material facts, availability, eligibility, tenure, financing and legal obligations through appropriate official or professional channels. Historical prices are not predictions or guaranteed savings.

Free core

Basic authorised listings, buyer requirements, ordinary enquiries and relevant replies are free. Sponsorship is separate and never buys a better estimate, organic ranking or access to private buyer contact details.

Your contributions

Provide accurate facts and original or authorised media. Do not impersonate another person or publish private data without appropriate consent. We may moderate, suspend or expire content, recording reasons and allowing correction and resubmission.
