Listing authority

Direct sellers must have authority to publish. Agents must have seller permission and a checked identity-control claim. A registration number alone does not establish control. Staff review publication authority, media rights and public privacy before a listing appears.

Photos and prose

Supply originals or content you are permitted to publish. Do not copy watermarked portal images, upload executable or vector files, or put contact details and exact units into public prose. Photos are decoded, re-encoded and stripped of metadata.

Availability

Explicit confirmation keeps a listing current for 14 days and a request for 30 days. Logging in and ordinary edits do not renew availability. Withdraw when no longer available; disappearance does not establish a completed sale.

Relevant replies and abuse

Initial replies identify a specific authorised current property, expose mismatches and respect respondent preferences. Repeated irrelevant solicitation, unsolicited links and contact details in initial notes are restricted. Reporting and blocking are available without payment.
