Privacy and your choices

Policy status

This is the implementation’s current operating policy. The operator, contact channel, retention choices and public matching scope require review. External email delivery and public indexing depend on separately configured capabilities.

Research and accounts

Public research does not require an account. Accounts retain an email address, authentication records, saved research and contributions. A phone number and an exact budget ceiling are optional private fields, encrypted in storage.

Visibility and contact

Buyer criteria begin as private drafts. You choose whether to activate an eligible-member or anonymised public summary. Exact ceilings are excluded from matching explanations. Contact sharing is a separate event that identifies the recipient and fields. Revocation stops future access here but cannot recall information already delivered.

Access, export and removal

You can export your own data from your account, delete your messages, remove saved places and withdraw contributions. Closing an account removes its public contributions, revokes future contact access and minimises its personal fields. Minimal audit records may remain for integrity and dispute handling.

Retention and safety

The proposed defaults remove abandoned draft private details after 90 days, restricted image originals 30 days after a reviewed listing update, and message content 12 months after conversation closure. Government source snapshots follow source rights separately. No NRIC, passport or financing documents are requested by default.

Measurement

Product diagnostics exclude private budgets, message bodies, exact units and contact values. Sponsorship counts measure impressions and clicks only, with deduplication and basic bot exclusion. Optional update emails have separate preferences.
